Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the United States is FREE!

International shipping (when it launches) will not be free unfortunately, but I will list it here once it's ready.

How long does shipping take?

All of my products are made on demand and take about 1-3 days to manufacture before they are shipped out. Manufacturing starts once you've placed the order.

Once shipped, if you are within the United States, shipping is usually between 6 - 9 days.

If you are outside of the United States, shipping could take 3 - 4 weeks or longer depending on where you are.

Due to the nature of my providers, the prints typically have the fastest turn around for US based orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, the system will send you an email with a tracking number in it. Due to the providers I use to manufacture and ship, it's possible you will have multiple shipments for one order. If this is the case, you will receive an email per shipment with it's tracking number inside.

I had an issue with a delivery. Help!

If your item was damaged, immediately take a photo of the damage on the item in good lighting. I will only give replacements for damaged goods if you send me the request within a week of receiving your package. I do not accept returns or refunds.

If the delivery was missed due to a bad address or attempted delivery, I will not replace the order as it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and to manage their deliveries.

If the delivery has been lost in the mail, meaning if the estimated delivery time has passed for more than 5 business days without any new tracking updates in the last day, and the address is 100% correct and complete, please contact me and I will work with you to get a replacement sent out. If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier however, I will not be able to replace it as I can't verify if it was actually lost.

Why did I receive multiple packages?

I use two different providers for my products. Each one manufactures and fulfills the products once an order is received, so it's possible that you'll receive multiple packages at different times for the same order. If you are worried about where your order is and you don't have a tracking number yet, feel free to contact me and I'll look into it for you!

Part of my order is missing!

First check your email! You should receive an email per shipment in your order. If you haven't received another shipment email yet, it's likely that the provider hasn't yet shipped this part of your order. Some of the products also take longer to make than others. For example, the prints typically ship much faster than the tote bags and stickers due to the nature of their providers.

If you're still concerned, feel free to contact me and I can check on the order for you with the provider!

Is there anywhere you don't ship to?

Currently I'm only shipping to the United States, but I'm planning on selling Internationally soon! Sign up for my newsletter to know when that launches!

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

I do not accept refunds currently.

I do my best to showcase the products themselves and give as much info as I can about their details to you in the product pages. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to reach out to me as well!

Returns & Replacements

I don't accept returns currently.

I will replace your item if your item was damaged. Please contact me with good, clear images of the damage on the item within a week of receiving your package, and I'll happily replace it.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to how I have my business and system set up, you cannot cancel your order. Please be sure you are confident in what you are ordering and that you input your address in correctly for shipping. I will only do replacements in the case the item or items in your order was damaged.

Wholesale & Other

Do you offer wholesale?

Not yet, but I'm happy to chat! Please email me and we can take it from there.

Do you do custom orders?

I do not at this time.
