Refund/Return Policy
I do not accept refunds or returns at this time. I make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately convey what you are purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please refer to the instructions in my FAQ section under “I had an issue with a delivery. Help!” to determine if you are eligible for a replacement. I reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis based on the photos and information provided. If approved, a replacement will be arranged.
Lost Delivery
Meaning if the estimated delivery time for your package has passed for more than 5 business days without any new tracking updates in the last day, and the address is 100% correct and complete, please contact me and I will work with you to get a replacement sent out. If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier however, I will not be able to replace it as I can't verify if it was actually lost.
